Promo Codes
Create discount and comp codes for event registration.

Open Promo Codes
With an event selected, click Promo Codes in the sidebar. Each code is scoped to the event you're in — codes don't bleed between events.
Discount types
- Comp — 100% off, useful for staff, speakers, and VIPs.
- Percentage — any percentage off the ticket price.
- Fixed amount — a flat dollar amount off.
Optional start and end dates limit when the code is valid. Leave them empty for codes that should work for the whole registration window.
Active, inactive, archived
- Active — redeemable right now.
- Inactive — temporarily disabled. The code still exists and can be re-enabled, but won't apply at checkout.
- Archived — taken out of the main list. Restore it any time from the Archived view.
Tip
Use inactive when you want to pause a code for a few hours (e.g. between price tiers). Archive it when it's done for good.
