The Readiness Checklist
How the Overview decides if your event is ready.
2 min readUpdated May 27, 2026
What it checks
The checklist on the Overview tab scans your event for missing pieces: empty description, no venue address, zero sessions, no speakers, no sponsors, no attendees.
Clearing items
Every checklist item with an action button links directly to the page that fixes it. Items turn green as soon as the underlying data exists — no need to refresh.
Tip
The checklist is a guide, not a gate. A fully green list is a good sign you're ready for attendees and for any connected public site.
