Adding Sponsors

Create a sponsor record and place it in the right tier.

Open Sponsors

Sponsors live in a global Sponsor Directory so the same company can be reused across every event. Open the directory from the sidebar to manage master profiles (logo, website, default description).

To attach a sponsor to a specific event, open the event and click Sponsors. Pick an existing profile from the directory, or create a new one inline. Per-event fields like tier, sort order, and an optional event-specific description live on the attachment, not the master profile.

What to fill

  • Master profile: company name, logo URL, website URL, default description
  • Per-event: tier (Platinum, Gold, Silver…), sort order, optional override description
