The shape
Three sentences. Who they are (role + company), what they're known for (the credential that earns the stage), and why they're at this event (the angle of their talk).
What to cut
- A full job history
- Lists of every award
- Hobby disclaimers ("when not coding, you'll find them…")
Tip
Aim for 50–80 words. Cut anything you'd skim past as a reader.
