Adding a Speaker to the Directory
Create a master profile that can be reused across events.

Open the directory
The Speaker Directory lives in the Global section of the sidebar. Click New Speaker to create a profile.
What the profile holds
- First and last name
- Company and job title
- Bio (public)
- Headshot URL
- Optional contact details (internal only)
Note
A directory profile is the speaker's master record. You can override individual fields (like bio or title) for a specific event later.
