What goes out

  • Event: name, description, dates, venue address, status
  • Sessions: title, description, start/end, room, topics, speakers
  • Speakers: name, company, title, bio, headshot
  • Sponsors: name, logo, website, tier, description
  • Topics: name, color, description

What never leaves

  • Attendees (any field)
  • Vendors (any field)
  • Internal notes on any record
  • Speaker contact info (email, phone)
  • Sponsor contact info
Heads up
The public API exposes data from every non-archived event. Archiving an event removes it from the public API entirely — that's how you take an event offline.
