What goes out
- Event: name, description, dates, venue address, status
- Sessions: title, description, start/end, room, topics, speakers
- Speakers: name, company, title, bio, headshot
- Sponsors: name, logo, website, tier, description
- Topics: name, color, description
What never leaves
- Attendees (any field)
- Vendors (any field)
- Internal notes on any record
- Speaker contact info (email, phone)
- Sponsor contact info
Heads up
The public API exposes data from every non-archived event. Archiving an event removes it from the public API entirely — that's how you take an event offline.
