Building the Agenda Day by Day
Tips for laying out a multi-day program.

Start with tentpoles
Add the keynote, opening, and closing first. They're usually fixed in time and define the boundaries of the day.
Fill around them
Then add breakouts, panels, and workshops. Group them under topics so the agenda reads as tracks rather than a flat list.
Watch for overlap
The Sessions view doesn't block overlapping times — it shows them as they are, which is intentional for parallel tracks. Just keep in mind that the same speaker in two overlapping slots is a problem.
