Reading docs only gets you so far. The fastest way to learn Events Manager is to open a fully populated event and click around. We ship one for exactly that: SAPinsider Demo — Vienna 2026 — a realistic three-day SAP-style conference with speakers, sessions, sponsors, attendees, and vendors already filled in.

Open the demo

Pick SAPinsider Demo — Vienna 2026 from the event switcher in the sidebar, or jump straight to its Overview. The sidebar will populate with every per-event page (Sessions, Speakers, Topics, Sponsors, Attendees, Vendors).

What to look at

  • Overview — see how the readiness checklist and live counts behave when every box is checked.
  • Sessions — 18 sessions spread across three days, each tagged with a topic color and one or more speakers.
  • Speakers — 10 roster members with realistic bios. Click any one to see how per-event overrides look.
  • Topics — six color-coded tracks. The colors flow through to the sessions list automatically.
  • Sponsors — eight sponsors across four tiers showing how the sponsor wall is structured.
  • Attendees — 25 sample registrants with mixed ticket types and statuses. All emails use @demo.eventmanager.test so they're obviously fake.
  • Vendors — five logistics partners (A/V, catering, badging, photography, security).

Play with it

Edit anything you want. Add a session, override a speaker bio, archive a sponsor. The demo event is a sandbox — break it however helps you learn. If you want it out of your main Events list, archive it; nothing is deleted.
